This phone works great. It's 4G, as a 2nd Gen, but that doesn't hold me back as it's mostly used for calls. Excellent condition, like-new. I didn't understand all the intricacies of transferring the old phone info to the new one but the Geek Squad was super-helpful.

I think a new one would have been much better as I have to plug this one in almost as often as my iphone 6. Also this one is harder to open with the home button

I had an Iphone8 and wanted a button phone. The 8 is no longer supported. I'm a dinosaur. Screen a little small but not terrible. Works fine for my needs.

an android user but bought this from Best Buy as a second phone to monitor my kids' apple products and i have to say it's been easy to use and light. Its a great phone with a lot of feature and great battery life.

The phone came in looking great. No scratches no flaws. Battery life is acceptable. This model has a smaller battery so it'll need recharging more often. Otherwise shopping was excellent, the phone itself is flawless.

Phone is in excellent condition. It replaces the older model SE that was stolen by the porch pirate who attacked me for verbally confronting him about not stealing from a neighbor's porch in July.

Good for an iphone that I just need for messaging I guess. The family have a texting group where they can't add me without creating another one or something so I was using my iMac to message until I got this and I connect it to the wifi at work and home so I can receive their messages instead of booting up my computer. It dies pretty fast though. Only lasts a day or so without charge. I can't say much about anything else since I just use it for the messages. So if you just want it for that it's good, otherwise get an android.

Battery was at only 75%. I thought they should have listed what % the battery was at.

Great buy, no problems with the phone and it was a great price.

The phone that originally purchased had some power issues but the second one was fine. Slow but fine. It was temporary so it was cool.
