It works great just have to download music under WiFi and the. Your good to go. Nice slim size love the color and works awesome. I would recommend this product.

Although I haven't owned it very long and have yet to have a session with someone more savvy about these things, it seems to work fine. At only 64GB, it is double my old phone which I never had an issue with but I'm asked repeatedly if I wish to buy more storage. I would recommend to friends/buy again.

At this price and coming frim Best Buy, I would hope they’d replace the battery with a new one. Phone out of the box has warnings that it needs a new battery. Its advertised as “certified,” I would think the battery would be new. Then to top it off, Best Buy doesnt have the battery in stock for advertised “same day replacement…”
