I had purchased for my sister because her phone had broke, it was nice and then when she started using it, the battery started dying very quickly. I looked under settings and it said battery was depleted and needed new battery. The geek squad gentleman that helped me was appalled it was marked as excellent condition and certified with a bad battery.

(This is my “emergency “ back-up phone). I really rely on a charge that is good for several days turned on but not used….this was supposed to be in “excellent” condition. It’s not.
