My phone stopped working and I wanted to get the same phone. This worked out well and I have had no issues with the phone.

The battery hardly holds a charge without even using it. (This is my “emergency “ back-up phone). I really rely on a charge that is good for several days turned on but not used….this was supposed to be in “excellent” condition. It’s not.

Great idea still have it to this day. Will never trade.

Few scratches but still working. I was able to update it so its good.

Excellent preowned phone. It however needed the power port to be cleaned because the power plug kept falling out. Once cleaned it has been working flawlessly.

This was a perfect gift for my teen who went from android to iphone. It's small,has a good amount of storage, and easy to use.

The phone was in great condition and runs smoothly, battery life also excellent . What I didn’t enjoy was the sales person trying to make me buy a more expensive product. I gave a maximum price I wanted to spend but he kept trying to push more expensive phones when I told him already what I was looking for.

It took us a while to get it started, but we’re finding the services we need. The customer rep (Jocelyn?) was patient and helpful. Thank you.

Very pleased w/the condition of the iPhone and was glad to see that the wrapping noted that it was certified by Best Buy. It works great. So far so good!

It was a gift for my mom that hates technology, it was just for introduce her to ios. Ans she loves it so far.

Bought this for my niece and she absolutely love it.

Initialy the bigger screen on the z fold was so impressive. As device aged the folded screen had issues however still functioning.

So far it’s working great. No dings or dents on it.

Excellent Phone and works really good. Purchased it almost a year ago and keeps working well.
