I wanted small but now I do feel it's a tad too small. A And with no manual or info of any sort, and being my first iPhone, there is a learning curve. Not everythijng easier than Android!

As far as Best Buy ensuring pre-owned item was good quality, I am very happy. Not a scratch or mark and battery was 100%. I did an online order and item was ready for pickup when I got there. This item meets the exact need I had, and I got a sim card for Tello which works flawlessly.
