Works well! This was easy to set up, and there are no issues so far

Smooth service, friendly staff, phone descriptions were accurate. Overall a decent phone for a 13 year old child. No extra bells and whistles and great parental software. Comparable to iPhone 6

The advertised phone was a newer version. This phone doesn't have 5G and you're unable to download some apps due to how old it is.

Phone was in good condition, process was quick to pick it up at bestbuy, had duplicate charges but that was resolved quickly.

Call then to see if we pick a phone up from the store and they told us they didn't have it in store I'd have to order it online, I would get the phone the next day though so we were happy or so we thought. I saw that they had it going to the wrong apartment number so I called them back later that day and talk to him about that come to find out it wasn't going to be delivered for five more days and we needed it the next day the guy I talked to you lied to me saying I would one day shipping. So after 2 hours on the phone with them being transferred from one to another person finally talk to somebody and they said they can cancel the order and they refund me my money and we can go back to the store and just get it that day so we said sure. Come to find out they didn't refund my money like they said they didn't. I found out the next day that my bank account had not heard of any money coming back so I called Best Buy again just to have them lie to me again saying that the money would be back as fast as the bank will let me get it. That was also why. I later found out that they have a 7 to 10 day waiting period for refunds. After talking to a lady for an hour the next day she had helped me by letting me know that they didn't cancel the order they didn't have that option and they were still sending it to my apartment complex but to the wrong apartment number. They said they would switch it but they never did. Then they told me that I just have to catch him before they deliver it to the wrong place or call UPS and see if they can deliver to our apartment and not the other person's. Which didn't happen. Very disappointed hours of my time wasted just to be lied to you by several people from a company that you think would be in the top of customer service. I won't be shopping here anymore

Product was defective and the battery eas getting drained off every 1-2 hours and while re charging the phone it gets hot just like a cooktop burner. Not at all recommeneded and top of it before purchasing spoke to customer support and told them when the product is not bad can I return for no restocking fee then he said yes and when I returned the product being defective they charged me 45$ as restocking for the product when I bought it for 150$. Raised a complain but never heard back from anyone. Im hoping they could take the restocking fee off but yeah that id all about it

Purchased this older iPhone model for my elderly mother to switch to from a flip phone. She’s having some difficulty getting used to the differences. But think everything will click for her with a little more experience.
