    Perfect choice for the individual! The Best Buy salesperson did a great job assessing the person (senior citizen) and the caregiver, then suggested the ideal phone.

    I bought this phone to upgrade from an older model. I didn’t want to spend over $500. Getting this preowned phone which was cleaned up and certified by Best Buy was a good option. It’s like I have a brand new phone without the new phone price.

    This is a pretty average iPhone, no bells and whistles. I highly recommend it if you have kids or somebody older that doesn't really use the phone. But if you like to use your phone a lot or somewhere in between, I don't recommend this phone.
