Best Buy is an unprofessional company; otherwise, they would not sell phones whose batteries last only 3 hours. Now I have to go back again to Best Buy to return the second phone that does not work. I should have gone with BackMarket.

Great little phone! Everything works fine. Updated to iOs 16.6 right away. Screen is excellent. Speedy processor. Good sound. Runs all my apps. Not disappointed at all!

It arrived on time and looks brand new. It's not as big as I thought it would have been. However, I am pleased with my purchase. There are no issues so far, everything works great.

looked like a new phone, there were no scratches or scuffs. All buttons and touchscreen worked fine, however the day I purchased the phone the battery health was 93% which was acceptable to me, but then it degraded to 85% within 12 days. I ended up returning it because of that reason.

Product was good to get me through a pinch but it is extremely laggy with horrible battery life.

While the phone was in excellent cosmetic condition, the battery was very weak and did not hold a charge for long. I would've returned it if it wasn't a gift. Now am the sucker who gave a bad gift. Save your money and buy a brand-new phone android.

Lost my phone while on vacation and needed a quick phone temporarily. Bought this phone and instantly regretted it. The heats up extremely hot while charging and while in use. The charge drops way too fast. The only thing good about it was the condition of the exterior of the phone. Had to return it.

Bought for my aunt upgraded from android now to iphone

Home button quit working 3 weeks after purchase. Called customer service who set up an appointment with Geek Squad. Arrived to the appointment and was told due to the battery life at 75% ( what it was when purchased) and it being refurbished that they would not fix it, exchange it, or return it. So basically I wasted over $200 on a piece of trash

Very satisfied with my phone for the price. The store associate helped me right away and was very patient with my issue. I would return to Best Buy again.
