Good price, good quality and in stock when I needed it!

The battery was defective! When the sub-standard battery was reported, the Geek Squad would not replace the defective battery unless we forked out $70. My TotalTech Rewards Program does not cover it either. The phone does not connect to a charging cable properly either. I have to jiggle the charging cable to make it charge.

Great phone despite being dates. Currently use the phone for business use. The form factor is still great!

Cheapest model I could get and it's been kicking butt. No issues with it after a year now.

Just recieved and charged fully to 100%. Checking battery health it was a maximum 77% and a message "your battery's health is significantly degraded. See an Apple authroized service provide to replace battery."

Unlocked worked like a charm with T-Mobile SIM card.

Phone is busier than my original 2016SE but feels good in the hand and is easier to read. BUT very un happy that I was sold a refurbished phone with a degraded battery. Bad business. Battery on my refurbished 2016 is still chugging like a trooper. This 2020 version should have had battery replaced. Barely holds at 77%. It will be going back tomorrow!

PLEASE save yourself the hassle of purchasing this phone. It is used not refurbished. I’ve had this phone for a week and the battery life is absolutely atrocious and is more of a hassle then it’s worth. I’m totally disappointed and should have sprung for a new phone. If you’re looking do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Typically this is a great device even if it’s from 2020. It’s apple, it’s optimized, it lasts 4-5yrs sometimes more. The issue I had, when I purchased and had to return it, and why it’s only getting one star is because the battery health was at 78% and I kept getting a messages stating the battery needed replacing. Yes. It was used so I understand there could be issues but the battery health thing was a disappointment. I thought used devices from BB were supposed to have at least 85%? I could be mistaken.

To say it’s good is such an understatement for This device, it’s great!

Terrible refurbished iPhone. The battery was depleted to 78% which made the phone unusable without a charger next to you.
