I am a Total Tech member and have so far been really happy with the program. I have purchased many items within the past year (TV, microwave, Legos, Apple Watch). Some of these were even open box, which is awesome because the protection applies to open box. However, this phone only lasted 2 months and is not protected by my membership which was not totally clear when the purchase was made.

But definitely has its issues. Was passed its return date before they were noticable. Def don’t recommend buying on unless new.
