everything looks new and it boots up. have not activated it with a phone service yet. best buys customer support told me these phone a phones returned withing a week or so meaning the battery condition should be 100%. They said they do not take in old used phones to refurbish and sell.

Bought this to replace another much more damaged iPhone 8. Didn’t realize how bad of shape my other one was until the comparison with the speed and battery life of this phone. For 199 you can’t really beat that.

After 3 weeks, the phone refuses to charge right anymore. I tried different outlets and chargers before I realized that the problem was the phone. It refuses to charge from a dead battery and battery dies completely anytime below 30%. I didn’t use it much since it’s a secondary phone for me but I bet this was a problem with the phone since I got it. I hate it took me this long especially since Best Buy’s return period is only a measly 14 days unless you’re a paid member. Even then, they charge you $50 as a “restocking fee.” $220 paperweight is what you get if you purchase this

Smaller phone. Works well, as expexted. Back of phone cracked easily, so 4 stars.

I cannot tell it was used or refurbished. It is just like new and I was lucky enough to have a %100 battery life capacity

The product received was locked, which was rather inconvenient. I returned it at a store and received a similar phone, which is working well. Battery is not new, but it's holding up fine.

bought to replace iPhone13Pro.This thing is full of bugs that make it cryptic &inconvenient to me on many levels. I've had to make three trips to the at&t store for tutorials.

The pre-owned phone completely died in a little over a month of barely being used. Battery drained extremely fast with no use, WiFI off etc (2 days tops) and now the phone is completely unresponsive due to some internal glitch. Best Buy support is terrible despite the so called warranty and it has only caused me stress. Needless to say I will never buy another device from you. Ever.

The phone itself was fine except the battery health is at 82%

Phone came with bad battery. Phone malfunctions and calls contacts randomly without being prompted. Best Buy would not allow me to return the item.
