Device quality is practically brand new besides the obvious battery issues that come with age of any device. Great price great phone works like new also being a member allows me to return it without 60 days so if it starts to mess up because of the refurbished option I picked I can always return it and I was able to save money and get the refurbished phone confidently because of then extended return period

Phone is in excellent condition. It replaces the older model SE that was stolen by the porch pirate who attacked me for verbally confronting him about not stealing from a neighbor's porch in July.

an android user but bought this from Best Buy as a second phone to monitor my kids' apple products and i have to say it's been easy to use and light. Its a great phone with a lot of feature and great battery life.
