My son lost his original remote for his apple tv so we needed a replacement. Was concerned that it wouldn't sync up but it was very easy to use, just took it out of the case and it synced with my apple TV no problem

The Apple TV comes with a remote but I was able to buy this one when I lost the original remote.

Great buy when we misplaced our original Apple remote. Worked great with my TV. Didnt have a problem pairing it to my Apple TV or my TV. Easy to use. Just like the original. Good pricing as well.

I like that the remote has two purposes. It can be used with AppleTV and some MacBooks which is great. Works fine, I have never had a problem with it malfunctioning. Also, the battery life is amazing, I have had the same remote for about 2 years and it still works (knock on wood).

Great replacement for the cheaper plastic original remotes. Easy set up just a bit pricey.

When are Apple remote went bad, it was a pleasure to find out that we could get one at Best Buy, and not have to go to an Apple store. We do not have one close to us so this was really a godsend for us.

We lost the first remote before we could even set it up. I like that you could purchase at the store instead of online. It is so easy to use and the touch of the buttons is nice. You don't have press hard.

The Apple TV is an awesome little gizmo to have especially if you like to share movies, music and photos! However, they should of took a little more time on the remote. Honestly all of the problems derive from the remote being so small! We have gone through two now because how easy it is to lose it. Especially if you have kids!

The remote works without any issues. The only problem I have had with it is the kids misplacing it. My quick fix to this was to zip tie it to a 4"x5"x 1" piece of cedar. It has not been misplaced since!

I love my appletv and during our move we lost the remote. The replacement that I picked up from bestbuy worked perfectly. They have a low price guarantee and the store was closer than the apple store.

appleTV is wonderful, but the controller is too small. I'm constantly hitting the wrong button. There needs to be a little bit more involved to keep you from hitting the wrong button. It's not hard to compensate and re-hit The right button but it could be better.

A really basic remote for the Apple TV. I haven't used it for any other products. Works great with the Apple TV though. Note that you get one when you buy an Apple TV, but it's small and easy to lose.

love the design, size, and easy to use features. We have different rooms and it is always a great thing to just take the control to another room and use with macbook, thunderbolt mini mac, or mac tv.

I love my Apple TV, so I guess I also have to love the remote. I do wish the remote was larger. The reason I had to buy a new one was bc I lost the other one somewhere in the depths of my couch.

I think Apple did a great job at designing this remote. I had to get a replacement because (I thought) I lost my original one. Just make sure it doesn't slip in between the seats on your sofa.

My boyfriend broke the remote that came with my AppleTv making it impossible to use. We bought this one as a replacement and all you have to to is take it out of the package and its ready to go!
