I bought this as a replacement for my worn and half-working Apple TV remote. Set-up was a breeze! I just unboxed it near my Apple TV and set-up was automatic! Beautiful it also arrived almost fully charged.

Sleek, stylish… but expensive lol. Also every so often you have to do a button hold combo to get the volume buttons to work again but all in all, it’s nice.

Comparing to the previous generation Apple TV remote, this one is waaay better. Just big enough to be able to use well/much easier and more intuitive. The addition of "clicky" directional buttons is a plus. Much more responsive, and overall a better experience. The remote location feature is also a great addition. Already used it a couple times and saved me lots of time. Highly recommend, or arguably essential if you're an Apple TV user.

Love the scroll disc and ease of use. Nice weight compared with older models and like the ear of picking it up. Way better than the flat older models.

I bought the remote to have a second remote for the same Apple TV Gen2 streaming device. The Apple Rep at the store told me you could pair two remotes to the same unit - WRONG. When you pair a new remote, it de-pairs the original paired remote. I was able to use the remote for my prior generation Apple TV streamer which it works much better than the first generation remote.

I bought this remote since the remote from my Apple TV stopped working. I wish this was the remote that came with the Apple TVs!! It’s so much heavier and thicker which makes it hard for it to fall between couch cushions, ahaha!

I am a huge fan of apple products and this newest edition of the Apple TV remote is bigger and better. It definitely feels alot closer to an actual tv remote. Love it and use it every day.

Yeah this is the remote that could have originally been shipped with AppleTV. A major upgrade from the original and very long battery life.

The new remote works great. The on/off button on the original remote broke off when the remote was dropped, so it's nice to have a fully functioning remote again.
