Love the texture, but the shape leaves something to be desired... But it does the trick to charge.

Great product. Protects your phone and a full charge

Exceptional case at a resonable price & it's worth it

Much better than an off brand item I replaced it with.

1) ignore the reviews that say that this battery case has a low capacity compared to other battery cases on the market. While it may have lower specifications, it does more with less. The power management is active and intelligent. I find that the battery case lasts me at least 12 hours of moderate to heavy use. By dinner time, it's starting to think about actually using the on-board battery. This is far better performance than I've seen with Mophie. 2) This device does pass through charging. You never need to take the case off. It charges both. 3) the power meter are on your phone (software) rather than on the case. I like it this way better. 4) The tumor isn't that bad. I like how it fits in my hand. I do not regret this purchase in the slightest.

The battery is a great feature but when you put your phone inside case it makes it a little heavy hard to hold up to your ear for long time

This adds too much bulk to the phone and is way too heavy and sticky.

The Smart Battery Case is good at all. I would recommend to a friend.

Its Ok as a Battery but the Rubber material sucks.

I bought this case and It broke within 3 weeks. It is a tight case and somehow the interior attachment was damaged while trying to place the phone into the case. Best Buy did not replace the item because they said we damaged it. Not good customer service. The product shouldn't have been so weak. I purchase my laptops and cameras from Best Buy and was going to buy a Mac in a couple of months. Not sure I will buy it from Best Buy anymore..

Not really a good fit for the X and had to get two cases replaced already due to the case not working for some random reason

When Apple first launched this case i was skeptical. I read all the reviews, and was going to pass, but decided to give it a try. Ignore negative reviews and try it for yourself. The case is great. Apple truly did a great job with the design. The case sits in your hand and you barely notice its there. it forms to the inner part of your hand. My wife used to carry multiple portable chargers with her, now her phone makes it to the end of the day with at least 40% left. So instead of charging her phone throughout the day and carrying portable chargers and wires, she uses this case. Very happy with my purchase

worked perfectly for 4 months and then randomly stopped working and started over heating to the point where it was so hot it may be melting the bottom of my phone - not a quality/durable/lasting product for $100 price tag - very upset

As soon as you disconnect it from charging its charge goes away without using the phone at all!

I work full-time and basically busy all day and this case is a huge benefit for me. It's basically 200% battery life haha you don't have an option on turning off the extra battery, just slide it right off if it bugs you. Excellent case! Really soft rubbery, a bit heavy, which I don't mind at all. Beware the headphone jack is for the thin apple types, but I don't use it. I have wireless beats, which I recommend! I bought the case in white and have dropped my phone twice since I bought it a while ago. Still looks good, but it did end up having some scratches on one of the edges, not noticeable at all. Overall, highly satisfied! Also a really good thing! I've always charged my iphone with the case on by connecting it on my macbook pro and they both charge at the same time. Saves time. Good job Apple!
