good fit and good protection. Reason for only 3 star rating I believe this is over priced for what you get. I realize its an apple product but still over priced

I purchased an iPad Pro and this case wasn't available in the store so I purchased the keyboard case. While that case fits well, I wanted something that was less bulky for when I'm not in need of the keyboard. I purchased this on line and it seems to be slightly too big for the iPad. I've had the magnetic case on my iPad 2 and iPad Air and they both fit much better. This one seems to slide around a bit but it does what its designed to do.

Being disappointed that Apple decided NOT to make a leather smart case like they did for the iPad Air 2, I purchased this the same time I purchased the Smart Cover…reluctantly. I must say, together they both complement one another (both of them were the color of space gray). One of the aspects I do like is the thinness that surrounds the iPad. It's not bulky, and adding any type of weight is very unnoticeable when carrying. Like others have stated, this thing is a bit pricy. And don't buy it alone…it overlaps the iPad edged quite a bit, but this is solved by purchasing the silicon case. My biggest fear is what will this thing look like a year form now. From my previous experience these things do not “wear” over time that well. Meaning unlike my beloved leather smart case, in the past, these things would become extremely dirty (tried to clean it with no avail) and rips would appear all around the edges. Did Apple put more time and effort in making these things more durable? Only time will tell. If you purchased the silicon case, then definitely get this (and prepare to shell out some dockets). )As stated earlier, it complements the overall iPad “look”. If not, don’t bother and go with another brand.

I reluctantly always buy apple accessories if possible with my apple devices mostly because I trust their products. There's really nothing wrong with the case. Does what it says and it's sleek and thin. Only problem I have with it is the price but I bought the product because I trust apple.

Simple straight forward cover. No frills. A bit expensive for what you get.

Simple and lightweight, it compliments the iPad Pro it was designed for. Only covering the front of the iPad connected via magnetic bridge along the side and front. The 'smart' feature is that it doubles as a stand, but it only allows for one viewing angle.

The Smart Cover provides excellent protection for the screen of the iPad Pro. However this cover is highly overpriced. If it was made of leather then high mark up would be more justifiable. Product quality is a 5/5. Fair market value 2/5!

Product is avarage and overpriced. Does protect screen while covering. However, if your looking for protection for entire iPad, look elsewhere.

Works good to protect the iPad front glass. However it does fall off more than I like

This cover is pretty good, but not as good as the smart cover for my prior iPad Air 2. It's the way I hold it I'm sure, but the cover at the hinge has too much play in it as compared to the old smart cover. In addition, they make you buy two separate pieces to get full coverage (the front cover and the back cover) where the prior smart cover I had for my Air 2 was just a single piece.

Way overpriced and a rip off that you have to pay another separate charge for the other piece.

I understand the need for a cover...but seriously, these things are overpriced for what they do. I still bought it though, because I don't want to be the one person who doesn't and ends up scratching/cracking my screen immediately.

This is a good cover that does what it is supposed to do, but for a simple flip cover with no padding and no back, it is NOT worth the price. I have already replaced mine with a full UAG cover and I'm much happier with that.

Good case or I should say cover only. For the price you should get something the covers up the entire iPad. I know that there is one that you can get from Apple but the price for that one is ridiculous.

I am so disappointed that Apple doesn't make a smart case for the iPad Pro that includes a cover. Now you have to shell out @$100 to buy their case and cover. Ridiculous.

My last iPad had a full case around it which I liked but for some reason they don't make that item anymore. This is basic top cover it looks and works well.

I have had to replace this item twice as the magnet has partially separated from the cover. It does, however, protect my screen.

I've always used Smart Covers on my iPads but had to buy a new one when I upgraded to a 9.7" iPad Pro. Works like it should.

Overpriced for the features offered. I returned the item after realizing I can get better for less
