This is a great cover for my iPad. It fits great and is not too heavy.

Combine this with Apple's silicone case and it's the smallest protection out there which is why I got an iPad mini to begin with. I can drop it in a suit pocket. It's hard to justify the price though. ½-⅔ of retail would be reasonable. I deducted 1 star for the price, another because it only does landscape, and I'd like to be able to use it in portrait as well. If you don't need the smallest protection available for your iPad mini, there's better and cheaper choices out there. It's with that understanding That I would recommend it to a friend.

First of all it's a huge rip off that you have to buy the back case and the cover separately. With that said, this is the best cover you can get. So if you don't mind the price get this case

I love this cover. I had one for my IPad Mini2 and it is still doing a good job. I don't like heavier covers and so I ordered one for my new Mini4. I recommend it to everyone that doesn't want to add weight or bulk to their Mini.

Works well, well made, the rubberized surface make it easier to grip.

I wish it was reversible, but other than that, I like it.

There are not negative things I can say about the cover. If you want full protection it is difficult to find the back case that is comparable with it.

Just purchased a iPad Mini4. This cover works great but unlike the one I have for our iPad air, it is two pieces...you need the bottom and the top cover. Comes to almost $100!

Not my first Apple iPad Smart Cover, but the first for an iPad Mini model. Fit is just ok, seems a bit oversized. Otherwise, great quality product from Apple.

Love my Smart Cover!! Love that it protects my tablet, fits it PERFECTLY and automatically turns the screen on or off depending on if I have the cover open or shut which really helps in case of accidental button pushes

Nice cover. Works as described without adding much thickness.

It is just to cover the screen and stand the iPad up. I wish it had a back cover to protect the iPad. It is easy to take off and put on and has a small profile.

Good cover for the price but wish there were more colors.

I thought that since this was significantly more expensive than just the i pad cover that it also included a cover in the packaging that could not be opened prior to purchase--not so; so disappointed in my purchase.
