    The cover sent to me was clearly an open box item. Packaging was damaged and all seals had been previously broken. The only reason I kept it was because the actual case looked to be in perfect condition and this particular case for the 2018 iPad pro is hard to find now that the 2019s are out. Best Buy was selling open box versions for $10 cheaper. I tried to call to complain and see if they would adjust the price, but the hold times were over an hour so I gave up. I recommend the product, but was not satisfied with the service I received from Best Buy on this particular purchase.

    Like most of Apple’s accessories the Smart Folio is beautiful. It compliments the iPad perfectly. But as it ages and wears down it becomes less pretty and you begin to question whether it was worth the money.
