The Smart Folio attaches magnetically -- couldn't be easier. Quality product.

I recommend getting this Apple Smart Folio for IPad Pro 12.9 2018. Perfect case although it's a little bit expensive $99 + tax.

For some odd reason, once it is attached to my ipad, it adds a lot of weight. Build quality is not the greatest but still holds up well after more than a month of very light use. Honestly if you are deciding between this folio or another one made by a third party at a cheaper price point, I would give the other one made by third party a chance.

I got this to protect my screen. I also like the flexibility to change the different ways to set up the iPad.

I returned two other cases. I went back to this one...again as it is the best. It is light, easy access and does the trick!

Covers all of the iPad even the back fully although I would recommend an extra layer of protection with a screen protector.
