S Mode???

Was less thrilled with the software on the laptop. Came with Windows 11 in S Mode. Spent 2 hours on chat with my 3rd party internet security software before they were able to figure out how to turn off the S Mode in order to load this and other softare. Very frustrating. Now that the S Mode has been deactivated the laptop is working fine.

Good but not great
