Does not stay on iPad

The magnets keep it closed when the iPad is flat, but if you hold it up to read or anything else, get ready for the iPad to slide out. The way I use it now is with glue spots around the inside of the back flap. So, its kind of glued into place, but with a rubber cement.

Magnet not holding iPad to cover

Taking it back so not sure if it’s a defective unit or a design issue. I have an older one I am replacing and have no issues with it like this

Disappointed

It slides off every time you pick it up. Certainly not worth the money. I tried it for a few days but can’t stand fighting with it to stay on my ipad. Don’t waste your money
