    Works great, but falls far short of being perfect. In fact, falls short of typical 'Apple' design and engineering. It is not very durable nor resilient. Would be preferable if the keyboard did not detach so easily from the iPad. When 'closed' it is not fully 'closed,' and the stylus easily comes loose or remains at high risk of being lost - this is especially a concern once traveling is back in our lives, post-covid. Also, there is no provison for portrait view, only landscape.

    I guess it’s hard to make a perfect case and keyboard. This comes close. Things I like: - strong magnets to hold it to iPad and stand up - thin - looks good - soft surface - you get a keyboard with a case - on sale at BestBuy which you never see from Apple Could be better: - only has 2 positions for standing up - price, pretty expensive even on sale - feel of the keys; they do travel but it’s hard to type accurately; possibly flat touch-sensitive with no key travel may be better

    I got the updated iPad Air and need a keyboard cover. I don’t like the way this one functions from the aspect of how it folds down to use just the screen. The previous model handled that better. Overall, this is the best option out there though.
