Tried to work with Apple but they could not help me because we couldn’t read the serial number and I miss placed the box. The lessons I learned was keep the box or take a picture of the serial number. Buy from Best Buy. They keep good records and if you loose or misplace they have the original receipt on file.

The Best Buy shopping experience is another matter. Buy the product online, then swing by the store for curbside pickup right. Well this particular time I sat 6 cars deep in line which happened to block the entrance to a neighboring Michaels store. Dirty looks galore as Michaels customers struggled by with oversized decorative mirrors.

It is a completely different beast in a good way! The magnets are very strong and hold the iPad in any of the two positions even upside down.
