I returned it to get the Magic keyboard and I am happy I did.

It’s Perfect. But I have space to fill in so they won’t let me just say it’s perfect and now I am just filling in the space so I can move on to the next box.

Too expensive and not like computer keyboard, because not comfortable for typing

This is a very disappointing product from Apple. There is zero protection for the iPad and it is even difficult to keep the iPad in the folio. The case itself does not handle normal use very well either. The material started separating and the outer cover is peeling. There are better and less expensive choices out there, save your money on the Apple product and buy a better one from the start.

Case does nit hold iPad as well as expected resulting in the iPad easily sliding around.

Unless u ONLY set up on a flat surface, the keyboard itself doesnt have enough weight to balance out the top heaviness from the ipad.

Best Buy was great...Smart keyboard only average.....

Great product and it works well with the iPad Air. I love that it just auto pairs and doesn’t require charging.

The magnets are to weak to keep it attached to the iPad

It adds more trouble than just bringing up the letters on the IPad. Spending the extra money for it was a waste; I would not recommend it.

The should’ve stayed with the same design of the folio that is still available for a 10.5 iPad Pro or iPad. Best thing about this design is the keys are protected from any dirt or spills however this is now a case that doesnt come off and on and when flipped around its a horrible design with keys exposed. Don’t waste your money or time with this, sadly go Logitech Combo touch instead of this…

Love this thing. A must have if you buy an ipad. I have the ipad air 5 and it works very well.

I purchased the apple folio keyboard for my iPad Air 2020 at the Apple store because I get a discount through work but I generally like buying things like this from Best Buy. I really like this keyboard. It isn’t too heavy, it doesn’t require charging or batteries, and I think the typing experience is great. The keys have a fabric/woven plastic type feel that is nice, doesn’t require hard presses, and is very portable. The magnets used to put this on are really strong and I like this method because I don’t want a keyboard with me all the time so.I am able to easily switch between this and another magnetic type case I have. I read that some people have issues laying this on their lap and typing but I have no issues at all with it. I have two negatives. One, It is very expensive. It is a great solution and a great implementation if you need a physical keyboard and you want it as a case but $180 is really high. With that said, if you are going to hold onto your ipad for several years, I think it is worth it. Second, I’m a PC guy but use iPads and iPhones so I don’t know what some of the special keys are and I’ve googled and can’t find how they are used. I don’t understand the control and options keys. The cmd and global buttons pretty much do what control does on a PC. Overall, if you need something like this and you have the money, I wouldn’t hesitate to get it.

Hard drive crashed at 4 years get a regular computer

Owned this product for a couple of months and I enjoy it until I was carrying my iPad across the room and the case detached from my iPad and on the floor laid both iPad and keyboard

I was dumb enough to purchase my 2 one of these keyboards February 23. The wires in the first ones broke and this one is already not working . The wires break from the fold in the design . Junk !

Works like a charm and is durable working with my ipad
