The keyboard shortcuts give it more of a laptop feel.

Bought and returned - no natural position for using the Pencil at tilt - when fully folded, keys are left behind - open to dirt - keys don't feel natural - single color option

The keyboard works well however it is really awkward holding in your lap. iPad continues to fall out of the case so be careful not to let yours slip out. I would not reccomend for the price

The perfect companion to the iPad Pro 11" model, but the old folio cover case held the old iPad more securely and this one can drop out too easily, for my taste. That said, there aren't any REALLY GOOD keyboard folio options for iPad.

Overall pretty satisfied, however when opening, because it uses a magnet to stay attached, the iPad can slip out of it a bit. Randomly the capslock is engaged as well, but overall it’s a nice case/accessory to have.

I returned this for two reasons... one was that it slipped around on my iPad sometimes when I’d go to pick it up and the other was the fact that it left the pencil exposed and magnets don’t keep something from knocking it off the iPad.

This product is overly-priced for what it is. Not Best Buy's fault, but it costs nearly as much as the 9.7 iPad on recent discounts. I had bought this but returned it as I could not justify the price. Again, not Best Buy's issue.

Bought two of these to go along with the two iPads bought as Christmas gift. Wish they have a better hold of the iPad, because it is easy for it to fall from the magnet. Other than that, if works fine.

So expensive! Bought this for college and after graduating I didn’t see much use for it after. Also after 1 years the black material started peeling off.

I like that I don’t need to connect it to Bluetooth and that I don’t have to charge it but I wish it was a little bit more protective and that the case stayed on better- it tends to move around once in a while

Initially first year this was great keyboard. Recently it has issues connecting to the iPad and I have to reset in order to establish connection when I attach the keyboard back to the iPad

Right after buying this product, I realized I made a mistake but it was my fault for not paying attention. Then, 5 months later, I see it was a mistake from a product standpoint. The mistake I made was picking a keyboard that doesn't light up. Now, all these months later, the product issue is the magnet used to attach the keyboard to the iPad is failing and hardly stays in place. I can be working on it or watching a movie and the back just collapses. This is my first magnetic-based keyboard for an iPad and maybe this is normal but not for the price.

Stopped working a few months ago, so it didn’t quite make it past 1.5 years (purchased July 2019). Kind of disappointing, but was extremely convenient while it lasted.

It makes you feel like you’re using a computer but when it comes to daily use it’s terrible. Without this one, my iPad lives at least 8-10 hours but when I use this keyboards only 4-5 hours.

The only complaint I have is that the keyboard is exposed when using the iPad Pro like an iPad. I don't like the idea that the keys are exposed to wear. Other than that, it is a well-made product.

Normally works well sitting on a desk, but if one is traveling the back may slip off the IPad making it difficult to use and the IPad and the keyboard become separated.

Apple-made so integration with the iPad Pro is great. Just wish it provided additional protection to the iPad Pro and Apple Pencil. Also, maybe a trackpad in future models.

The keyboard actually makes typing more difficult than the on screen keyboard. Functions are a few generations behind the iPad is how I felt using it. Save your money.

Like most Apple products, it works great. I am just disappointed that the edges of the iPad are exposed by this updated case instead of protecting the iPad fully.

It’s not that great. Keyboard is small and it regularly disconnects also the key travel is pretty bad. Better cases exist
