Bought this keyboard for my mother in law. It is very flimsy and not durable. The back of the keyboard, the material is very weak where every ding or scratch is visible.

I wish this keyboard had a flap that covered the keys like the first one. I liked the old keyboard and case much better! Also wish the case had the Apple on the back.

I could understand if this were some 3rd party keyboard... but it says it’s an apple product. The quality ... just isnt good. I mean it surely gets the job done... but the width and material are a joke... it feels cheap I think it should’ve been wider (the tablet feels too heavy for it) the balance is off and the material feels cheap The iPad Pro is really good though... so I’m not bashing apple entirely. I just wish they would’ve made a better keyboard to go with the pro

I bought it for my iPad it was too small. Should’ve taken my iPad when I purchased it to see if it would fit. Had to return.

Keyboard is not backlit and the magnet isn’t all that strong. Works well and I like it but overpriced and disappointed with its features

It’s a waste of your money to spend on an apple keyboard that shows no value for you when the keyboard itself does not feel firm at all and the case of it is not strong enough to protect your iPad from an impact. I would not recommend wasting your money on this and go buy yourself a cheap wireless keyboard for $20 better than a $200 apple keyboard.

I was sold a Gen 3 keyboard, not a Gen 4. It works fine, but I my camera has limited viewing because it is the wrong case.

This keypad folio is just ok not great. It does not securely hold the iPad so you really have to be careful not to let it fall off the folio.

The feel of typing is great. But the items makes the iPad heavier the material on outside does get scratched easily.

Works well with iPad but big downfall on not having backlit screen compared what’s available by other manufacturer

This is a functional keyboard for the iPad, but it could be so much better, and I expect significantly more from Apple.

This "smart" keyboard doesn't hold as well as previous versions. It is also cumbersome with the apple pencil installed.

This keyboard was a great addition to the iPad but unfortunately a protective case cannot be used with this.

I tossed this one. I think for the price Apple could have done better.

I’ve had this keyboard folio for about 4 months now and have enjoyed using it. It functions great, however today I noticed that the case is starting to develop cracked leathery blister spots along the edge and in random spots on the back. Did some investigating and saw people posting pictures on Reddit with the exact same issue. Not gonna lie, pretty disappointed.

The keyboard is nice if you have it in a stationary location but not real practical to carry with you

The keys don't provide that satisfaction of typing which I get from my ultrabook (hp spectre).

This doesn't have backlit keys. for this price I'd at least want backlit keys

I hate it. They keys are really flat and hard to use. The magnetic connection isn’t strong enough and Often slips lose from the iPad. The battery is great, but that might be because I try to never use it because I dislike it so much. Prefer my Zagg options... so going back to what works.

It is a very decent product. Feels good to type my only complaint is how stiff it feels.
