I like this product but it pops off of the magnetic strip quite often and the keys seem as if you have to press harder than most keyboards.

I love the integrated keyboard case. I have experienced some issues with the tablet detecting it at times. Not sure if that’s a case issue or tablet issue. Otherwise i love it

Sometime it just stop working and I don’t why. All together not very comfortable, u have to be very careful with it.

Very useful having a keyboard, but overall heavy cover for daily use. As many other reviewers have mentioned, having only one angle can be awkward.

The keyboard works likes it's supposed to but there's a problem when you fold the cover back - the keys are fully exposed with no protection.

Most Apple products have a pleasing asthetic to them. This is not one of them. When closed there's a hump across half of the ipad that's not only ugly, and unnatural, it leads to pressure hotspots on the screen when it's in my bag loaded with my laptop and other goodies. Beyond that the keyboard is functional but doesn't have the same pleasant feel and feedback as the Surface type cover. I just use the smart cover now and use the foldable Microsoft Bluetooth keyboard when I need one.

While it is easy to connect & use, the keyboard does have a tendency to become unlatched easily. This is quite annoying.

I rated this keyboard as " average " only because there isn't any protection for the sides of the iPad Pro with this case.

Not a fan of the case. Wish it covered the whole iPad. Keyboard is just OK. Not a big fan. Could be better.

Don't like that I can't angle the screen. So I opted for another with a backlit keyboard and a screen that can be angled in different ways.

I haven't tried the one I bought yet, but the Logitech hard shell makes it too heavy and doesn't sync up well. I will now try the one I originally bought.

Would prefer that this had a hard case with better drop protection. Other brands have more protection and do the same thing and cost less.

This product is awesome! I have had problems with it being to heady and it not staying closed of the screan when closed. But apart from that great product

So my wife bought the new 12 inch I pad pro. She wanted to get the pen and the keyboard for her I pad. When we where in Best Buy the guy helping us tried to tell us to go with one of the non Apple brand products but we insisted on gettin the apple keyboard. We use all apple for everything we buy electronics. As soon as she started using it the problems started to occur. It messed with her I pad making it think it was charging so it was always beeping when the keyboard was plugged in. It would also not register the keyboard all the time and she couldn’t even use it. After a week of problems we went and traded in for a non Apple brand for $40 cheaper and it works better the case has a pen holder and the keyboard lights up. I would suggest looking sat other keyboards personally

Like the keyboard but don’t particularly like that it attaches magnetically. Tends to detach.

I wanted to love this since I heard so many great things about it. It’s a bit flimsy for me and seems cheaply made for the price.

Great keyboard just wish you could adjust the level of the screen and didn't just have one angle

The connection on this is absolutely terrible. My iPad almost never detects that it is attached without a lot of finagling with the contacts, and even then, it slips out of connection with even the slightest bump of a hand. Total waste of money. Also feels pretty bulky/floppy, but that is to be expected, I think, with a keyboard.

Pricey after buying this keyboard you still need to spend $$$ to buy a back cover for your I-Pad. The two together don't provide enough protection for the I-Pad so I bought a protective foam case to carry around my I-Pad. I love my I-Pad but wouldn't buy the Apple keyboard again.

Folds with difficulty, comes loose from pad when traveling, really need a sleeve in addition.
