Very easy to setup and works well with IPad Pro. I like how light it is and how well it integrates with IPad Pro.

Great, thin keyboard. It goes great with the iPad Pro but the keys are not backlit. Goes great with the black silicone case since this case/keyboard does not cover the back of the iPad Pro.

It took a while to finally get the keyboard, but I am very pleased with the feel, look, and design of this keyboard cover. It fits magnetically well and folds with ease. There's a little bit of adjusting to familiarize oneself to the different stands, but it's not rocket science. The keys react extremely well and I love the soft feel of the keyboard overall.

Almost bought this on eBay when Best Buy had sold out around christmas time. But I decided to be patient and wait until Best Buy had these in stock. It was worth the wait! Nothing can replace the feel and touch of a real keyboard.

I bought the 12.9" Smart Keyboard for my first generation iPad Pro (purchased it before the release of the newer iPad Pro line). It works wonderfully! It's easy to keep clean as well - simply get a damp wet cloth and wipe away any debris. Sometimes I'll use my cleaning wipes on it but it doesn't rub the letters off or anything. I have fairly large hands and it's like typing on a 13" laptop's keyboard. I highly recommend it for anyone with a 12.9" iPad Pro. One thing to be careful of is: sharp edges. The material of the small strip that keeps the cover and connector together is very thin. If you're not careful, it can get small tears. I must've accidentally brushed it on something sharp so there's a minor tear; however, the integrity and function of the keyboard still works flawlessly.

First off, I am a huge Apple products fan but I was a bit wary at the value of a $169.99 keyboard.... For years I have carried a standard Apple Bluetooth Keyboard with my iPads as I have larger hands and the narrow keyboards that fit the iPad Air and earlier units were just too narrow...case closed. Still the best option for the AIr............HOWEVER, enter the iPad Pro Keyboard.....One of my employees knew my keyboard option and encouraged me to look at the Apple Keyboard. Boy was he right! A great modification of the smart cover! Has a nice tactile feel, only adds 3/16"-1/4" overall thickness to the Pro! Sits great on a table or on your lap! folds back nicely to just use the touch screen. A real home run design.... should not be surprised!

Best Keyboard that Apple has ever made keys are amazing

I’m usually not shy about buying aftermarket accessories for my mobile devices. But, in this case (pardon the pun), the original Apple Smart Keyboard was really the best keyboard case I could find for my 12.9-inch iPad Pro (2017). I tried a bunch of other keyboard cases, but they were all too bulky/heavy, awkward to use in portrait mode (with keyboard folded away), or had key-press lag issues. The Apple Smart Keyboard worked with my iPad right out of the box, is slim and light, and the keyboard folds back easily when you need to use the device in portrait mode. I deducted one star from my Rating because the Smart Keyboard only covers the iPad screen. It doesn’t cover the back of the device, and so won’t provide any protection from drops, etc. For full coverage, you need to purchase a separate cover for back of the iPad. I believe Apple makes a silicone one, but there are tons of aftermarket back-only cases that are compatible with the Smart Keyboard, at much more budget-friendly prices. The keyboard is also not backlit, which can be an inconvenience for nighttime use. But overall, I’m very satisfied with this product and would definitely recommend it.

This is a great keyboard for the iPad pro. It is a fully functional keyboard that was built for the iPad pro.

Truly great keyboard keys are nice very well but together. Would recommend to anyone worth every dollar.

Yes this iPad pro keyboard is very good to carry any were is very light, it's not heavy at all.

I waited almost a week and a half for this product to come in. Upon getting it today I was utmost dissatisfied with this cheap keyboard, it feels like they went to the dollar store and slapped some stuff together, for 180 dollars? The Logitech keyboard for 160 is by far the better one, if you're looking for actual good quality and not cheap fuzzy cardboard like this

Great build quality and feel. Very useful case. Also, pairs well with Apple iPad Pro Silicone Case.

I liked the keyboard and how light it is compared to the Logitech backlit one. It would be a little more functional if it was backlit though. It was easy to type up a letter on it too.

Was not initially sold on the one piece keyboard, but it has been perfect. Only took a half hour or so to adjust to size, and it has been a dream ever since.

Met my needs and every expectation for both the keyboard and pen for my new iPad PRO 12.9 inch. I would recommend everyone get one if you are able to...

Great companion to the great iPad, adds a little weight to the iPad, but provides a full immersive experience, no charging necessary.

I thought by buying an Apple product as opposed to an aftermarket product it would be better. While it is $10 more expensive than the average aftermarket product, I don't see that it's any more useful. Provides limited protection for the iPad. The case doesn't protect it from Breaking if you drop it and it's difficult to use.

Only works a third of the time. Not up to par with typical Apple quality and way, way overpriced. Would return it, if it were not for the fact that it does fit well and is very easily attached/detached, compared to third party units.

The ease of use on this keyboard is awesome! No batteries or connecting via Bluetooth. Just clip it on and go.
