Good keyboard. The drop protection could be a little better but overall great design and love the keyboard.

I tried a number of keyboards and this was by fair the most solid and smoothest feeling keyboard.

Has a strong magnet that holds the keyboard to the iPad. Very responsive, neat feel, looks good!

I bought this keyboard shortly before boarding an international flight — only to discover that it’s not compatible with the 2018 iPad Pro. (Now, I’m across the pond and can’t exchange it.) This keyboard is designed for the earlier model (2nd generation, I think) iPad Pro. Connections are different, and the keyboard doesn’t fit the 2018. It’s a GREAT keyboard — sad that it doesn’t work with my new iPad. Better descriptive product information would have avoided my lost money.

This is a good around keyboard. It does come with a learning curve trying to get it in the right position when going to stand mode but it becomes straightforward once you get the hang of it. The only issue I have and (it's the biggest one) is that I brought this keyboard Winter of 2015 and it worked well for about 1 year. Afterwards, I started to get an error message "This accessory is not supported by this device" and the keyboard stopped connecting to the ipad. Turns out there were a large number of issues reported on this problem and you can find out more info at the below links: Important note!!: Be sure to write down the serial number on the back of the keyboard. Apple will need the S/N to send the replacement if you qualify for one. I love the Pencil accessory but there is nowhere to put it on this cover. It is only a cover NOT a case -- the edges of the iPad are fully exposed to drops. Very disappointed Apple, I expected more for the price.

Great quality product that lives up to expectations!

Slim keyboard protector which was great, but a week after the purchase, keys began to not work. I would have purchased another in return, but the inability to add protection deterred me in doing so. $170 is a lot to spend on an electronic accessory and not have any type of protection plan. Thank goodness this happened within the 14 day window Best Buy offers.

What makes this iPad keyboard cover great is how firm it snaps to the iPad Pro. Why does it not get a better star rating? No place for the pen. This case felt like something designed as an after thought. It's the same as all the others and that's the problem.

Amazing keyboard that brings a new meaning to simplicity.

Worked great at first, but froze up after about a month. I chose to not have a keyboard.

What I wanted was a keyboard/case combo to protect my thousand dollar investment and what I got was a thin keyboard that couldn't protect itself. To be fair, it doesn't have to be charged separately, you don't have to 'pair' it and you don't have to worry about crumbs, spills, dust or pet hair getting in the keys. BUT...it is very awkward to fold/unfold the keyboard; it sits at an angle that only works if you are sitting at a desk typing, you have to prop it up if you are kicked back and want to surf the 'net, play a game or watch a movie or show; there are no instructions for the Control, Option, Command keys though I did fine via an Internet search that there are shortcuts via the Command key within certain apps...which doesn't help when all I want to do is quickly stop playback or mute with a touch of a single button. So I will be taking back my $170.00 Apple "Smart" Keyboard and getting the Logitech Keyboard/Case combo that is on sale for $125.00 and has real shortcut keys.

I'm satisfied with this keyboard case it amazes me how it can work when just magnetically connected.

It's fine I guess but awkward compared to my mac book to carry open or use on the couch. I can't rest my wrists with out it moving the cursor. It and the iPad are too big together or something. I wish I'd known that it was so awkward I'd waited for the 9.3 iPad Pro and smart case.

I got the 12.9" pro for the larger screen and expected a great keyboard from Apple. Well they get an "F" on this one . The ipad wont even connect to the very weak flip flop connector. The ipad keeps falling off the keyboard. The folding over of the flap to stand up the ipad is just a very poor design. I tried the 11" keyboard and it was great with the smaller ipad. However Apple layed a rotten egg with the larger keyboard. Go back to the drawing board on this one.

Ok product. Although a bit klunky. A bit pricey overall wouldn’t get again
