Pretty Awesome add on. A must for the iPad Pro 12.8 owner. A bit on the high end side, but a wise investment. Protect your iPad while adding the benefit of a mobile keyboard.

Very easy and nice to type on. Does not need constant reconnections like some other Bluetooth keyboards. Like that it also functions as a cover for the screen.

This keyboard/cover is fantastic. First, the material is grippy and pleasurable to hold. The bulk isnt nearly as great as other offerings for foldable keyboards. The keyboard itself is great to use. The keys must descend through a portal into another universe the travel is so great. It feels great and the typing is accurate. It props the iPad up nicely and remains tight and locked in impressively well so it doesnt wiggle when i use it. It disengages from the iPad easily enough but not too easy and reconnects easily because it's magnetic. It powers itself through the iPad. In short, I'm super impressed and it's worth every penny.

The keyboard appears to be effective but the overall product quality is questionable. There is no protection for the iPad and attaches only by a weak magnet.

Product works great as a keyboard and doubles as a little cover. It isn't going to withstand a lot of force, but nice to have a little protection for the screen

I bought this case after trying out a couple of others that ended up being too bulky. It's slim, light, and has a good keyboard. While not perfect, it's best I've found.

The Apple Smartkeyboard is very simple to use. Smart connector makes it a breeze to attach and detach. The keys are simple to use and feel great when typing.

The combination keyboard and case are great. they work very well and you do not have to charge the keyboard separately. it charges from the I pad. Great idea.

Pros The keyboard is easy to use, not having to use Bluetooth is a plus. I also like that fact that you don't need any batteries, cord or on/off switch, it makes it vey convenient Cons The magnetic strip detaches far too easily, I can't tell you how many times I have almost dropped my iPad, for that reason alone I am giving it a 3 star. Overall it's a good product just be careful.

Ok so originally I tried the Logitech one because it was back lite and was a full case but after 2 of them the space bar would just space a bunch of times so I had to go with this one and also the silicon case white one so a lot more money but it all works great now

This is the perfect accessory for the iPad. I love that you don’t have to charge it and it connects automatically. Very functional and easy to use!

It's a pretty good keyboard. Wish it had an escape key and function keys more like Apple's other keyboards. Would be nice if it was backlit too. You could get that on the Logitech hard cover keyboard, but it won't be nearly as easy to remove. With this keyboard, you can remove it like a Smart Cover which I think is highly practically and more versatile for my usage. Also, having the triangle-fold up to support the iPad Pro is way more solid than the comparatively flimsy kickstand on the Surface Pro. It adds a little weight, but if you're traveling and like to type, this is a great solution.

The keyboard keys are responsive, and the case works great. I have only experienced the connectivity issues a couple times since using everyday over the last month, but detaching and reattaching the case connects the keyboard and iPad quickly.

Because of the high price tag on the Smart Keyboard, I was reluctant to make the decision to buy. Instead, I decided to try cheaper alternatives which only ended up costing me twice as much because of durability issues or battery problems with the cheaper cases. The Smart Keyboard is so simple and efficient that I wish I would have just bit the bullet years ago and bought it to start with. Not only is it lightweight and sleek, but you don’t have to worry about charging it. Very good product. 4 stars only because the high price tag.

Since it was released I never liked the feel of the keys when I demoed it in the store. So I just carried around an apple Magic Keyboard 2. After about a year I started looking for a keyboard case for my 12.9 iPad Pro and decided I would just have to suffer through using Apple's Smart Keyboard. The only thing I thought it had going for it was that it was thin and light. Boy was I wrong. It did not take very long, maybe 3-4 hrs to get the feel of the keys. I fully expect that when iOS 11 is released, my iPad Pro will become my travel computer. Great product.

The keyboard works well, but it is heavier than I expected. it allows you to make notes while using other aps, this comes in very handy, this was not always possible with other older keyboards I had. I would recommended if you have no problem with the weight

This keyboard makes my iPad Pro feel like a portable laptop. Works great & it doesn't need batteries or charger..feeds off the iPad Pro. Excellent item!

I think the keyboard and front cover work well. I like that the keys do not rest directly on the screen as they do with other keyboards for the Ipad pro. I think the biggest issue with this keyboard is the lack of a back cover and the cost. To protect the back of the Ipad with this cover/keyboard one would have to spend an addition $70 to get a cover that protects the rest of the Ipad. The keyboard is really good though, and is similar in touch and function to the keys for Imac Keyboard. This product to get 5 stars it would need to have more comprehensive protection.

I swear by this cover! It is functional and easy to use. So much better that bluetooth keyboards and ver intuititve. Functions like a laptop keyboard.
