This was an impulse buy but I really like the feel of the keyboard and it allows me to be much more productive than using the on-screen keyboard of my 12" iPad Pro. Sort of doubles as a case but not enough to be used alone for that purpose so I got a cheap neoprene sleeve. The keyboard adds stiffening protection and the sleeve adds scratch protection.

Great keyboard! I have not had any issues with t so far and typing on it is great. I love how thin and minimal it is when in use and when just carrying the iPad around. My only complaint is that it does add a fair amount of weight to the iPad. I still give it 5 stars because this would happen with any keyboard, but this it still by far the thinnest and lightest.

Well, this is very pricing even for the open box discount, I bought the key board for the weight and then I bought the back which is sold separately. Very expensive and it could be better if it had lit keys. Over all I like and would recommend it. One less star for no lit keys

The 12.9" iPad Pro experience is not complete without Apple Smart Keyboard and an Apple Pencil! They work so perfectly together.

It's about time Apple threw a keyboard on their cover. This keyboard works great and puts the iPad at a great viewing angle. I love the form factor, very thin and lightweight. Cons: fairly loud when your really hammering away. No mid-angle viewing position. I use the thing every day. It really makes the iPad a force and PC replacement device.

The keyboard is super thin and when compared to other brands, no competition. Sleek, smooth, and protect from of screen when not in use. Full key pad with many functions that work well. I have used this on my lap with no problems, on a desk with no problems, and doing night work on my bed with no problems. Very versatile...A must for IPAD Pro users!!!

This is a must-have essential item if you were going to have the iPad Pro. It completely change the way our utilize the iPad.

I've only had this keyboard for a few months, and it's starting to show wear around the edges already. The magnets could be a little stronger, as it sometimes comes detached too easily. That said - the keyboard WORKS...always...making it possible to do a number of things it would be difficult to do without it.

Does the job, is well made, light and thin, but missing some key features such as backlight, home button and volume and playback controls.

I tried the Logitech keyboard first but returned it to get this one. I like this keyboard better because it is more secure and stable when using the keyboard. The keyboard also covers the screen when closed to better protect it from damage. The key action is better on the Logitech one but I got used to the lower profile Apple one.

This is by far the best keyboard I've used for iPads!! I was concerned about the unlit keyboard and the keys after reading a few articles, and my uncooperative hands and fingers somdays with my MS!! You had me at no cords or charging! My prevoious bluetooth keyboards were continuously having to charge and dying in the middle of events!!

Works well with iPad! I was very happy with this apple vs. the off brand that we tried first!

Historically I had always experienced lag with blue tooth keyboards and tablets - which made them less appealing. No lag with the smart connector and no batteries for the keyboard. That's a win win for me. I have not used the Logitech version, so can't compare - but I am happy with this and it makes the tablet feel like a laptop.
