Excellent that it don't require charging to function. The top of the keyboard is a little too close to the screen. Sometimes your finger will hit the iPAD. It would be better to have a back light on the keypad for in the dark use.

First of all, the smart keyboard is thin and light. The typing experience is quite different from traditional keyboards, it took me few days to get used to. It doesn't have the function rows (for me, I really miss the escape key), which is sometimes inconvenient. Overall, good, but not great.

I like that it doubles as a screen protector and a keyboard. Sometimes I forget the keyboard is attached and wonder why the virtual keyboard doesn't show up... will take time to get used to since I go back and forth of using the physical keyboard vs virtual keyboard when using as an iPad vs more like a laptop.

I absolutely LOVE this keyboard. It works seamlessly with the iPad Pro and I have never had an issue with it. It is also spill proof which can be a life saver! I love how simple is to connect and disconnect and the different ways that this attachment can be used (i.e. a stand if needed to watch videos).

This replaced 3 prior brands, & should have been the first. Runs effortlessly and no hiccups at all.

I'm rating it 3 stars because of the price and it get inconvenient sometimes.

I use my ipad as more a laptop replacement and the keyboard is a great addition to have it allows me type like a regular computer would and holds my ipad at the right angle for viewing. Also does a great job of folding up to protect the screen or out of the way when i am using the tablet like a tablet.

Pretty much what I expect it to be, but the surface when closed is not complete flat which is a little annoying .

I am glad we went with the apple case vs an off brand it works perfectly.

This is good, but a little expensive. Also, I know it's OS-related, but a lot of keyboard shortcuts don't work.

Works great!! I like the easy smart connector. It would be nice if the keyboard was back-lit!

I wasn't sure st first about using this in my iPad Pro. I read other reviews and the description and was convinced to give it a shot. I am so glad that I did. It is amazing. The cover works perfect and the keyboard is so slip you barely notice it is attached. It works great too. Highly recommend.

A feature APPLE does not disclose is that it's waterproof. It is easy to use and soft on the fingers. One known downside. The keyboard surface leaves and imprint the surface of the screen. Apple offered to replace the screen free of charge but it's not a permanent fix as it will happen again.

Changed from iPad 2 to an iPad Pro 12.9. I needed an new Keyboard-Stand-Cover. One can get along without an external keyboard for the 12.9" iPad, but for me, the 'Stand' part makes the iPad work like I'm used to with a laptop. I'm happy with the feel of this keyboard and it's very stable on one's lap.

These are great keyboards. Protects the iPad very well and basically makes the iPad use comparable to a laptop. #1 keyboard lasted almost 3 years, even with two grand daughters pilfering the iPad every time we visit. Makes a extremely useful addition to the iPad.

I like the lightweight and soft key board features. However, it can be very difficult to connect and does not cover the back of the iPad. I am by all accounts an Apple fan which is why I did not consider buying any other keyboard but there might actually be better options.

Ok, but it is heavier than expected. Especially when the keyboard is attached to ipad, you will need labor.

Keyboard feels good and is responsive to the touch. The case gives minimal protection. iPad still needs to be put into a sleeve to avoid damage to the tablet. Wish the cover could be adjusted to provide additional angles for the iPad.

I’m now using my iPad Pro as my laptop! Love the seamless integration with my home system now!
