This Apple Smart Keyboard for 12.9" iPad Pro is amazing! It attaches magnetically to the Apple Silicone case and the keyboard works with the iPad Pro without using Bluetooth. The keyboard case also provides sturdy protection for the iPad screen.

The case this keyboard provides was a must...keyboard is a bonus! Our daughter wanted this for college and carries her iPad Pro to class daily. She uses it for note taking in class, and the keyboard definitely helps her to keep up with that task.

I tried the Logitech keyboard first but returned it when I wasn't happy with the floppy nature of the keyboard. The apple keyboard has a tight connection and when it is closed the keyboard and stand cover the iPad screen to protect it.

After adding this to my iPad PRO I need not use my notebook/Laptop any more !

I can't believe the bass that comes out of this little speaker. Sounds great.

works fine but would have preferred a blue tooth model from Apple

This keyboard has a great, slim design. It stays attached to iPad well with the magnets. It's slim enough that you can't really tell there's a keyboard there if you want to fold the cover around the backside flat while using apps in vertical mode.

I love the way the keyboard doubles as a front cover, very easy to type on, very responsive. This is my first detachable keyboard I have used, wasn't sure that I like it, but is great for basically transforming my Ipad into a laptop!

A great keyboard (I've gone through so many) with well-thought design features. Nothing falls through the keys!! Fantastic special function keys, though you have to find out about them by accident - they are not posted anywhere.

I'm amazed that this is such a good keyboard AND such a thin case. I really hesitated, because $169 for a tablet keyboard seemed insane - but it's barely thicker than a smart cover and it's really easy to type on - combined, well worth the price.

I am a big time Apple fan. However, this keyboard, for lack of a better word, is a bit odd. For the price, backlit capability should have been included. I do like the keyboard's thinness but I believe Apple can do better in Smart Keyboard 2.0.

For the price I paid for only the Apple iPad Pro keyboard, back silicon cover and pencil, I could have easily purchased a competitors tablet! A good product but priced ridiculously high!

I got this for my giant iPad and it is a great product . Very helpful with the big screen . But I think. It is too expensive as a key board .

Having the keyboard provides the option of turning this amazing tablet into a powerful workstation. Now you can draft email/messages/documents much quicker. Plus, it's light weight so keeping it on hand in your backpack or similar is easy.

Bought while in graduate school to pair with my iPad for an even sleeker laptop-esque item in class and while commuting on the bus to school. Great purchase, use it constantly.

I tried another wireless keyboard for my iPad Pro and found it did not stay connected well. The Apple keyboard for iPad Pro works excellent, is consistently connected, and I've had absolutely no issue with it. Well worth the cost!

Wish it came in different colors but it is perfect for what i need it for.

Keyboard added to any tablet is an improvement for the inherent deficiencies of the average iPad. now with the keyboard and enhanced apps this thing do much of what would be expected of a MacBook. Finally it is crumb-proof and waterproof!!

If you love the iPad Pro like I do, you’ve got to get a Smart Keyboard. It protects the iPad’s large Retina Display, serves as a Screen Stand and, of course, provides a keyboard that connects magnetically to the iPad Pro and is powered by the iPad via several small spring-loaded contacts. And because the Smart Keyboard also communicates with the iPad by this direct connection there is no Bluetooth pairing to worry about and no batteries in the keyboard to charge or change. With the Smart Keyboard connected, it easy to forget that you’re not using a laptop. I just wish Apple made a mouse-like pointing device for the iPad like Microsoft has done for the Surface. All-in-all, the Apple Smart Keyboard is a pretty great accessory for the iPad and I highly recommend it..
