Locks up. No mouse capabilities and bulky

It sticks, now is locked up. Doesn’t change from portrait to landscape..the Smart Keyboard is fun.. but doesn’t pivot so awkward use in a chair. Not backlit so typing blind when my husband is watching tv. I liked my Mac mini and Mac air 100 times more than this. I got the 512 and 12 inch screen So sad because I wanted it to work out
