I had a little bit of trouble getting it to sync at first, but once I got it to sync up it was smooth sailing! The keys are soft and have a nice "grip" to them as it's a rubber keyboard, not plastic. I really love the way it feels!

the magnet is not strong at all. It detach from the iPad if you flip it upside down. For this price there should be backlight for the keys.

Got tired of hunting and pecking on the iPad. A bit expensive for a keyboard, but hey, it's an Apple product and I've grown to expect this. The keys are a bit non tactile but the speed and typing ease makes it bearable.

I bought this because I wanted to feel like i had a computer. Although it doesn’t have the keyboard light on it, I still love it!!!!! If you thought about getting it you should, you wont regret it!!

Questioned the interesting "lump" of the keyboard but it really has not become an issue. Have noticed a bit of a lag but that may be a software setting I have yet to find. This, essentially, turns your iPad Pro into a functioning laptop.

I love my new apple keyboard. I can type and do all my homework much more easier than using my finger or apple pen. It cuts down on the time needed to complete projects. I also got a good deal on it from best buy. Thanks.

Replaced my old expensive keyboard that stopped working after less than 2 years. The new expensive keyboard does what it is supposed to do: type without the typist having to wonder if it is working.

This keyboard case was the only option available when I purchased my iPad Pro just over a year ago. It has worked well until recently, now certain letters don’t work at all and regret that the keyboard is not backlit.

I appreciate the thought that Apple has behind this. But if you barely tap it the magnets don’t line up any more and the keyboard doesn’t work. It’s extremely touchy.

Wife loves this key board and uses it a lot. Hooks up great with 12" I Pad. Con: First one worked great for 2 1/2 years, Then it quit snapping to magnets and did not connect all the time.

The Apple keyboard is fantastic. I love that you do not have to charge it. The iPad powers the keyboard, and it does not drain the battery from what I can tell. The case can also be adjusted for movie watching.

I really wanted a key board that was not attached and would work well with my iPad. I do a lot of typing and need a keyboard but like the lite weight of the iPad and use of the touch for other activities. This gave me both.

This is the second one I've purchased. First one wore out after a year. I use it hard every day and got my monies worth from the first one. Magnetic connection finally wore out after all the use.

This keyboard is perfect for the iPad pro. The keys are comfortable and easy to use with it and you don't have to worry about charging it. Fits perfectly with the iPad pro. Glad I didn't go with an off brand or Bluetooth model.

This is then one accessory that is a must for the 12.9 in iPad. Charges from iPad so no need to connect via Bluetooth and charge keyboard separate. A little pricey but well worth it in the end!

Apple as made a wonderful iPad experience for college students, businesses and others. This keyboard is great just takes a little getting used to versus other conventional types such as Logitech slim.

Sometimes you feel you are spending so much money for the brand name but after using it you have great satisfaction. Then you feel, you did not waste your money it worth for that product and same experience I had.

Works like a charm, no problems. It is perfect for at home but since the keyboard only covers the front of the iPad when it is closed the back is exposed. For going out in the field I had to buy a clam shell keyboard.

My favorite thing about the Smart Keyboard is that you don't have to charge it or pair it, you just attached it and it works! The keys are comfortable and very responsive. A great accessory for the iPad!
