I bought the Studio Display to go with my recent purchase of a Mac-Mini ... to get the best display possible I figured it would also have to come from Apple. It required NO assembly and all I needed to do was plug it in, call my Apple advisor, to get everything updated & working with the Mac-mini. My only complaint would be the HIGH price. I have an alternate display of a 4K Samsung TV that also came from Best Buy, which has excellent resolution. I really can't tell the difference between the 5K Studio and the TV,

The best display for your mac. Excellent quality and good design. I had an imac 5k and wanted the same quality on my external display. This display produces the same quality as my imac. I use it for my macbook pro (m1 pro). It also has good sound from the speakers. The only thing missing is 120hz and deep black like on my macbook.

I'm generally a skeptic of overpriced apple paraphernalia, but theese monitors are genuinely beautiful. The screen is super crisp and bright. The bulit in speakers sound rather nice and the built in webcam is certainly good enough. The elimination of the need for a separate docking station since it can charge via thunderbolt is an underrated feature. This isn't really just a monitor, its more like 4 devices in one.

The Apple Studio screen is easy on my eyes. I was surprised that it did not have a power button and only uses a set cord connected to the computer to activate it. But the screen is great and works well with my Mac mini.

Yes this Apple monitor is indeed very expensive but you are paying for the following: Best 5K display in the market Best design and materials used including glass display Great color accuracy No need to calibrate Plug and play with any Apple laptop or desktop Great brightness and the list goes on This monitor is for those who want to photo edit, video edit, watch movies, and basically have the best viewing experience. You get what you pay for!

An excellent main screen for an an iPad or Mac. Colors are top notch, and one cord for everything. A great webcam, and light sensors mean your MacBook can stay closed all the time.

I've always wanted to buy this monitor, but I couldn't justify the $1600 price tag until I saw it as refurbished here on the BestBuy site. The quality of this display is the best I have ever seen. Apple knows how to make some of the best products ever. It's a simple plug-and-play with my new Macbook Air to where I didn't have to make any adjustments when I first connected it. The 5K quality of the screen is the best.

Great color collaboration for studio shoots and retouching. Got a travel case and take it on location. Also nice that it charges the computer so that you have one less device taking up the power bar and the speakers not bad. Only thing is there is only one port for a computer something they didnt even seem to know when I called apple support!

The monitor is not cheap - period. However, the price was more palatable with Best Buy open box pricing. The fit and finish are unparalleled and its functionality is top tier within the Apple ecosystem.

The image quality and colors are excellent and it truly is plug-and-play. You are paying for the excellent quality components, design and integration with Apple products. You'll have to decide if the price is worth it for you. I bought the studio display as an open box model at Best Buy and am very happy.

Excellent display. Great resolution and very good with graphics

I've been using the Apple Studio Display, and it has really improved my work setup. The 27-inch 5K screen looks amazing, with clear and vibrant colors, which is great for editing photos and videos. The True Tone feature adjusts the screen's color based on the room's lighting, making it easy on the eyes. The design is simple and stylish, fitting in well with my other Apple devices. I like the built-in 12MP camera and the speakers sound excellent. The microphones also pick up my voice clearly during calls. Connecting my Mac and other devices is easy with the Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C ports. The adjustable stand lets me set the screen at a comfortable height, which is helpful for long work hours. Overall, I'm really happy with the Apple Studio Display. It combines great performance with a sleek design.

I purchased one and another a few weeks later. They are just stunning. It makes working on my macbook pro at home alot better on the eyes for thuse long work sessions. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. If you spend alot of time behind the screen, its well worth it.

It's honestly inexcusable that a tilt/swivel feature does not come standard or a method to easily use your own VESA mount. For this price you should be able to use this monitor as complete hub/dock replete with every type of port you would need, i.e. Ethernet. If you can get over all the things this doesn't offer and just appreciate it for what it does well like quality of screen, decent camera, surprisingly good speakers, and seamless integration with Apple devices— you'll be satisfied.

This monitor is definitely expensive. But it offers incredible build quality and just plain works with Apple devices. The picture quality of the display is fantastic with rich, accurate color. I’m also really impressed with the speakers on this thing they sound incredibly full and rich, better than any speakers you will find on any monitor on the market. Again, this is one of the most expensive displays there is but you definitely get what you pay for. Another thing that I like about this monitor is that you can put AppleCare on it which makes me feel good about the purchase, knowing that there’s protection incase, I need it in the future.
