I love my new SuperDrive! As soon as I plugged it in, I was searching for any and all CDs and or DVDs! I am in heaven....or as close to heaven as I can be here on earth

Not much to say about CD drives. Originally, pricey, I got this one aas an open box. Thanks to the person who did not need/watnt it before me.

I use this drive with my new 27" iMac and it works perfectly. This is definitely faster than the built-in "superdrive" on my mid-2007 iMac, and quieter, too. It sits nicely on top of the iMac stand, blending in with the design and looking like it belongs there. I plan to get a second for my wife's computer rather than using the sharing feature since it's pretty affordable. If you've got an iMac, this is the drive to buy.

This CD player is outstanding, it has worked flawlessly, I highly recommend it and I would purchase it again, I have found no flaws .

We were looking for ways to play DVDs on my MacBook Air since it didn't come with one. I love how fast it is. But I don't like that I have to connect it via usb.

I am never disappointed with Apple's easy setup. I considered some less expensive alternatives, but decided on this one, plunged it in, and it works great.

I have discs that I need to be able to use. Saw this and it works perfectly.

This Superdrive works as advertised to provide a transportable DVD capability for the Mac mini or the two MacBook Airs in our family. The Apple brand and the box with all the nice packaging and plastic wrapping that removes easily gives each user that warm and fuzzy that this is another quality Apple branded product. Other than the cost the only other nuance is that the integrated USB 2.0 cable is really, really short and that it limits how far away from the Mac it will stray. The other positive is that this slot drive DVD is also powered by the USB and there is no requirements for a separate power cable. to use it.

The adapter for Mac laptops to watch movies and burn CDs is a great accessory. It's very portable and easy to travel with. The price is reasonable. It's a great product.

This a necessary if you still use and have dvd's that you need to use. Works great

I love the Mac book air! We already have an apple desktop so it was easy to download everything to the lap top. It's light, easy to travel with and has everything we need!

Initially I could not get the computer to recognize the SuperDrive. Inconsistent. After a few days, I called Apple; a tech and then a supervisor worked with me for two hours. Suggestion: return the unit and USB/USBc cord. I did so, unpackaged the replacement unit, inserted a disc and PERFECTO! No problems with the new unit, now a happy customer.

It is amazing. My parents have one. They have had it for a good while now and have created some albums on dvd’s. It works on every dvd so far.

I had a different drive prior to buying this one. The other quit working. So far the Apple drive works well with my macbook. I'm happy with my purchase!

Item works as described, price is a wee bit high, but its an Apple product.

This is something that I needed for my projects. It works great. Highly would recommend. Wish they made it in a darker color though.

As always Apple has made the integration of this product as simple as possible. This disk drive was for my 11 year old & she had it up in running in no time.

Easy to use. Burns CD's well. Have had no problems. Must buy a USB-A to USB-C adapter if you have a newer Mac.

it will be better if come with macbook already that will be worth it his price. lot of little stuff are missing to the macbook and the drive but for that price should be much more less for the same kind of macbook . work very quiet and its very fast and light.
