Good accessory, but not great connections

That player had problems playing multiple CDs brand new out of their package. Some would skip randomly while others wouldn't play at all. I returned it for this model. This unit has worked flawlessly for playback, ripping and burning. Since I apparently can't say that about any DVD writer, this one seems to be a sure bet.
