Battery Replacement
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The battery replacement seems to be good, the service not so much.If a customer has an appointment finish helping them before you interrupt to help a customer without an appointment. Finish with the person you are helping first. I can't speak to in-home Geek Squad service b ut my 2 in-store experiences were not good.

External Drive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This works fine as an external drive, however I wish there had been a little more detailed direction with it, such as what was the top and what was the bottom--that would have saved a lot of headache and time waiting on hold on the phone, not to mention more than one phone call. I even returned the first one I had at the suggestion of one of the people I talked to only to have the same problem occur with the new one. A simple marking on it or direction showing the top with it would have kept the problem from even happening.
