For the occasional DVD that we Redbox

We can play a certain DVD on the MacBook and have it air played to the Apple TV. This is really neat because there is no DVD player in our living room tv

Also I needed to play my CD's so it was easy to plug in the CD drive. I. am not computrr literate, but the Geek's suggestions have made life a little bit better and easier.

I prefer the Apple version and I'm happy with my purchase.

It’s a pain they’ve done away with everything but USB-c but this is handy for when you need it.

Good external disc drive

Works great. Just wish Apple kept the CD drive in the laptop. It can be a pain to hook it up, but in all honesty, I don't use a CD drive much.

Great Match For iMac 27"

Our older iMac 24" included the drive and we used it very often, so it was an easy decision to purchase the Apple SuperDrive for our new computer.
