As all Apple products this one has a crisp clean look and does just what it is intended to do. Works with my iMac when I need to use a cd or dvd.

I recently bought a MacBook Air and didn't think I needed a CD drive but I was wrong. Went to Best Buy to pick this item up and I love it. Now my laptop has a CD Drive and when I'm done I store it away and my laptop is as light as air. Thanks Best Buy!

I use all Apple products and I buy everything from Best Buy. I don’t like going to the apple store. Long waits and not as good of service as Best Buy. Best Buy is fast and has great service and offers all apple products

The drive works fine. I'm still cranky with Apple for eliminating the internal optical drive from the Macbook Pro. I frequently need to burn/read DVD's, and this feels like a step back to the old days of having to carry a bag full of peripherals around.

This was a good DVD drive. I use it to down load all my audio books to my mini Mac

There are many reviews on apple official website saying this product tends to be broken after a few uses. I have been using it for a few months and so far so good. Doesn't have noise at all and reads the disc quite fast.

Works great. Just wish it was still inside the body of my iMac.

Back up is easy. Sometimes forget to connect. Computer has reminded me to back up.

My husband was reluctant to give up his PC, but loved the sleek design of the Apple desk top until he realized that there was no place to insert his CDs. This Product allows him to listen to CDs and run programs that he owns on disc.

My previous hard drive quit working, probably from carrying it so much. I had it for years. This new one is the same brand. It works as expected.

since the new iMac no longer has an optical drive, this USB superdrive is a requirement if you want to use CD/DVD's with the computer. I found out that the SuperDrive must be plugged directly into a USB port on the back of the computer, not a hub. it does what it is supposed to do, though i haven't written any data to a blank disc yet.

Is been so easy to use it, is great and sleek.....
