Works fast, dif. than Windows 10 Learning steep

This makes for relearning a new system interesting/difficult. I have taken it to the Geek Squad to get the writing program to work. I am 80 so learning a new system will take time. Overall, it is an excellent computer that is fast. It works well with the Printer after taking the MAC/HP printer to the Geek Squad to properly make the connection possible. It prints now.

If at first it doesn't work....

First drive I got I had to use a screw drive to push the disc to stay in the drive. Ordered a second and it works fine. First one was either defective or got to knocked around when shipped in the envelop B.B. sent it in. I would not be reluctant to order this again.
