I love this item! I purchased an open box and it works like brand new! I love what Best Buy does with their open box items.

Great way to look at DVD's when you have the 13" pro. no need to miss out on movies just connect the super drive and pop the movie in.

I needed this to supplement my new Mac computer. New Mac's do not come equipped with a drive like this. It meets my needs.

My previous dvd drive died and I needed a new one. This one replaced that one. It just works. I used to leave it plugged in all the time, but I've begun to unplug it after use. Hopefully this will extend the life.

I enjoy adding to my Apple family and this is my second one to purchase. I enjoy it so much, i had to purchase the second one for travel.

Need this to load music from cd to laptop. I’m in the process of putting my entire collection on my computer.

This will only work with Apple adapters only, any Third party adapters will not work. It gets the job done but sadly this is not a blu Ray Compatible. Built quality is great and it works as advertised.

This worked great for copying family videos for the recent reunion.

Plays DVDs CDs, burns them as well. Good picture and sound quality. Didn't require a lot of time to figure out how to use it.

Only issue I have is speed. But I usually try to get my data from a thumb drive. Only needed it the video files only came on DVD.

Both the less expensive, not Apple one and it lasted about a month. This works great and is much better built than the other.

The Superdrive does exactly what is is supposed to, by providing an external optical drive for my Airbook and all-in-one Mac. Simply, it works.

Overpriced but its Apple. Needed a drive to burn movies so purchased this drive. Have had no issues. Had a few issues at setup but got them figured out.

Bought this driver for my son to use with his new laptop in school. He's used it several times and has had no issues with it.

This DVD player is great for playing DVD disc. Sorry, no Blue Ray capability. I love the flexibility of not carrying the added weight like most other Laptop units.
