    SuperDrive purchased to go with the Mac Mini. Does not have a activity light, so it's hard to know when it is being accessed. Appears to work as expected, I was able to create a DVD that worked in another device.

    This is a good product. My only (minor) complaint is that some of the disks I've inserted have not downloaded properly to iTunes. Not sure if this is due to the drive or the actual disks. I'm satisfied with this purchase, though.

    I was disappointed to find out the new macs had no CD drive which got me to buy the smart drive it doesn't operate as good at the cd drive on the mac which ripped some of the most scratched CD's the smart drive doesn't rip the same way
