    Other older MAC had internal drive. Wore it out. Replacement a pain. The new MAC external drive is handy and easily replaced.

    I don't need this very often, but once in a while. It would be 5 stars but it seams to be very sensitive to dirty discs, fingerprints or scratches. Newer discs work fine. Burning is fast and accurate.

    Got this to burn cds from iTunes for use in my older car. Sleek and looks good with iMac. USB power is great.
