    Got this to burn cds from iTunes for use in my older car. Sleek and looks good with iMac. USB power is great.

    I don't need this very often, but once in a while. It would be 5 stars but it seams to be very sensitive to dirty discs, fingerprints or scratches. Newer discs work fine. Burning is fast and accurate.

    My wife wanted the Apple brand because it "matched" her computer. Not necessary to spend the extra $...just get another brand.

    This drive worked fine and it was truly plug in and it's ready to read and burn. Only problem I found is that it must be plugged directly into your Apple computer. Can't be plugged into a USB hub.
