    i did like the dvd/cd-rom located in the side of the old imac but this is working okay and is unobtrusive.

    It is what i knew it would be, another great apple product. The only thing missing is blu-ray capability but that is sonys baby and they won't share. I'll just get an app and it will be ok.

    Bought this to use on an air book...works fine. Tried to use it on my MacBook Pro because that optical drive was glitch ing, but message comes up that this drive cannot be used on this computer. Bummer
