    I wish that the dvd drive was built in to the iMac. it creates a little more clutter than there needs to be with iMac, but what can you do

    This will hopefully last longer than the last cable I bought which lasted less than 6 months. The collar around each end of the cable appears to be sturdier than most.

    It does what it's supposed to do: be an optical drive. I wish it was a little faster and truly earned the title "super", but it's been a while...maybe it is fast and I just forgot.

    The USB cable is very short which made accessing unit difficult. I could not get it to eject my DVD after downloading.
