Excellent product and performance. Very thin and lightweight. Easy to use

I needed this to be able to view X-rays of may sons legs and didn't want to trust am cheaper brand so I purchased this and I love it. I can also watch movies with it on my laptop.

Great product, very easy to use and install. So slim, barely notice it on the desk.

I still find that my earlier work stored on DVD’s has to be called back into service and refreshed to meet demands at work. This drive gives me access to the old content to achieve my artistic goals.

I have been using this drive for the last couple of months and it works perfectly, without any issues. I wish all my plug and play devices were this good. If additional storage space available at your finger tips and not in a cloud is what you are looking for this drive will do it for you.

This is a nice, light, and sleek drive that goes well with my Macbook Pro.

I like the idea of it's portability. It connects easily. so far so good. I could have chosen a non apple drive but since i have a mac it just make sense for me to have an apple for an external superdrive. It just gives you a sense of peace knowing that you have compatible hardware and not worry that they wont work. If that makes sense.

First external drive I have ever had and it's easy to use and is fast love it.

Bought a Memorex brand and could not get it to work on my Mac computer. Took it back and got the one made for my Mac. It was so easy to use. Just plug in and play without having to download any other programs. Only downside is that it seems to be slow taking in the DVD. I would recommend it to anyone with a Mac.

I bought this peripheral for my new IMac desktop because it is now required. Older IMac's had a slot in the side of the computer for CD's and DVD's, which was a really nice feature. The newer computers from Apple don't have a slot, thus the necessity for the external hard drive. That being said, this product is excellent and serves my needs exactly. It is what I have come to expect from Apple, and it delivers.

Works right out of the box. I'm glad I decided to choose Apple products rather than taking a chance on other products. My decision was based on reviews placed on Amazon and I was forewarned about Ebay non-Apple drives how they would not work, or work for a while and stopped. I feel great about the decision I made. YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG CHOOSING APPLE PRODUCTS. I got mine at Best Buy on Sale!

The drive has a good design and looks nice. Works fine for reading CDs. But, it is a little expensive for a CD drive.
