Not worth the money!

I can put a disc in it to run software, but not movies. Big disappointment. I asked the guy at the store and he said yes I would be able to watch movies, but the two movies i tried from redox didn't work.

Why only work on new macs.....

They want me to fix the broken internal drive for $400 !! So I traded it in for a $35 Samsung and it works great!. Not to mention the Mac Tech was at the store and gave me the bad info! So stupid!

Mac super drive

Do not buy for a new mac

It Is Junk

The first day of use the drive died

While using on the first day, the drive suddenly died and had to return to Best Buy for a different brand

I looked online to see if it was me doing something wrong. No not me this product has had problems. So I returned and got a much cheaper one and it works fine.
